Makai is a two-level 2-bedroom modern home. The main level of the home is an open-concept living and kitchen area with an inviting pool looking out to the Pacific Ocean below. You will enjoy peace and privacy while being less than a 3-minute drive to the world-class surfing beaches and downtown Santa Teresa.

The garden offers a sunny dining area with an incredible view out towards the ocean and its beautiful sunsets. There is also a bathroom on the main level with a beautiful open-air shower. Two private bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the upper level of the villa. Both bedrooms are fully furnished with high quality king sized beds and air-conditioning for your sleeping comfort. The two en-suite bathrooms also have ocean views.
