The Green House is the large Mint apartment (70sqm + 40sqm terrace) and the two studios Moss and Myrtle (40sqm + 15sqm terrace).

Each house has its own private pool, kitchen, stylish bathroom and fiber optic high speed internet. It offers a jungle feeling and a ocean view.
The special floating Bauhaus style of construction on columns allows the two smaller studios and the larger apartment to merge with the jungle.
The Green House is nestled in the jungle and overlooking the Pacific Ocean. You will enjoy peace and privacy while being less than a 3-minute drive to the world-class surfing beaches and downtown Santa Teresa.

We only use biodegradable products, and are committed to recycling and composting.
We have a water filter system for drinkable fresh water in order to avoid plastic waste and for our guests as a service to spend less money for water.
We have our own water treatment system which filters all used water from the bathrooms and kitchens to use for plant irrigation.
Location
The Green House is nestled among the lush, forested hill of Calle Buenos Aires. Approximately 300 meters above the well known surfer and yoga town of Santa Teresa.
Only a 3 minutes drive down the hill to find some our most popular restaurants and local stores.

Due to the road conditions in Santa Teresa, a 4x4 is recommended.
