Build your home
on the coast.
In addition to offering exclusive vacation rentals and properties for sale, we also develop and manage high-quality construction projects — bringing together modern design, build execution, and the pace of coastal living in Santa Teresa.
A clear process,
handled with care.
From planning and design coordination to construction oversight, we guide each project with a calm, hands-on approach — so the finished home feels intentional from the very first line drawn.
— What We Build —
Modern coastal homes,
Modern coastal homes,
managed with care.
Our team specializes in creating custom homes and real estate developments that reflect modern design, functionality, and the unique lifestyle of coastal living.
Real estate developments
Thoughtfully planned projects with a focus on quality, functionality, and long-term value, designed to sit naturally within the character of the coast.
Project management
Guidance through planning, architectural coordination, construction execution, and delivery — keeping the process organized, accountable, and well-paced from start to finish.
— How We Work —
Built for the place,
Built for the place,
not imposed on it.
We approach each project with an emphasis on proportion, landscape, and material honesty — making room for modern architecture that still feels at ease on the coast.
- Architectural coordination from concept through execution.
- Construction management with close oversight of quality and timing.
- A contemporary design language shaped by climate, landscape, and daily use.
